• Eczema: Our board-certified specialists offer relief for dry, itchy skin caused by the chronic condition eczema, or atopic dermatitis.
• Hives: If an allergic component is suspected, triggers can be identified through testing and a treatment plan will be implemented to reduce allergic reactions.
• Contact Dermatitis: Our Metro Atlanta allergy and asthma specialists consider many factors when diagnosing contact dermatitis, and provide relief from this allergic reaction.

In June 2019, the FDA approved Dupixent® (dupilumab) to be used for the treatment of moderate to severe asthma and pediatric eczema with chronic sinusitis. This type of medication works by blocking a protein called an interleukin from binding to cell receptors, which contributes to a well-working and functioning immune system. Dupixent combats harmful bacterial viruses found inside our bodies and is administered once a week as an injection under the skin.
